ladies and gentlemen Elvis is leaving the building

there is a chapter or two in the Douglas Adams novel mostly harmless, that decribes a space ship parked outside a bar.
it belongs to Elvis, he gives it to Ford.
chapter 22.

i started making a version of this ship not long after i first read the book, fifteen or so years ago.
i made a steering wheel, then forgot about it, well not completley forgot.
i have made drawings and rough models of it for years.
now it time for elvis to finaly leave the building.

the usual construction methods, milliput sculpted over a wire and tinfoil core with random bits of tat stuck together.
the ship is a couple of cheap clock faces with perspex fins, and sculpted lights.
